Refunds and cancellations.
GetRussian offers a money-back guarantee, refunding the cost of your tourist invitation if you are unable to use it through a fault of ours. In this case we will cancel your invitation and return monies paid by you.
Changes to your travel details.
We ask all customers to ensure that their details are correct before submitting them for processing. In the event that you need to make a change to your travel dates, or in the event of a mistake in your personal details, you should contact us using our online contact form and we will endeavour to assist as best we can.
Delivery.
You should receive your invitation immediately after payment is successfully made. Delivery will take place by email. If we will be unable to adhere to this you will be informed via email or telephone or both.

Questions and complaints.
GetRussian will respond to all enquiries within 2 business working days. Normally we will respond within 4 hours of receiving your enquiry. You should use the contact form to get in touch with us.
Information security.
Information gathered during the purchase process will only be used by GetRussian to fulfill the terms of the order as detailed in our terms and conditions. All information will be securely stored if needed to complete the order and will never be shared with a third party unless it is necessary for fulfillment of the order.
